SECP introduced new registration portal for company incorporation.

SECP has always stepped forward for introducing new method for the ease of his customers. Company registration procedure has become simple. SECP has eliminated the step Digital Signature from NIFT. There is no need of digital signature for incorporation now.

There are steps we have to follow for company registration. Create your user id on SECP E-Service portal with your CNIC. After the creation of user id, manage your company user id, Search your business name, deposit fee for name availability in any branch of MCB or UBL. after the reservation of business name, attach the necessary documents. Company registration office (CRO) issues “Incorporation Certificate” after thoroughly checking the criteria at each and every step.
